we made a small amount of money after the film maker and all expenses were paid to give to Akiko Stockton's Fukushima appeal. Funds went towards the woodwind department of the local High School. We are hoping to take the trio with Reo, Sanshi and Anne to Fukushima to entertain the kids in October 2013.

[Part of me hopes many of them choose to relocate to a healthier environment before then! The other part wants to do something to help the kids whose parents have chosen to stay there... I guess entertain is all I can do!]

"I totally loved having Anne in the classroom, I am currently working on a little movie, where students’ are interviewing each other to give her feedback. We are also working on a

“Plug Monster”. As we have been investigating “How does an author use visual cues to keep an audience interested?”, her visit was perfect and I am so glad we have a connection and we can continue to work together in the future. She is inspiring."
