 Featuring a diverse range of incredible artists...
If you haven’t heard Jess Ipkendanz sing like an angel while playing the violin, you are in for a treat.
And there is the renowned percussionist David Jones, marimba and vibraphone duo Invention in Time, shakuhachi player Anne Norman, harpist Peter Roberts, soundscapists Ambient World with Garth Stone on didjeridu. The concert will also feature guided meditations by Carmen Warrington.

An afternoon tea like you've never experienced before Anne Norman will read poems and excerpts from her book Curiosi-tea ably hijacked by Camellia Cha.
An afternoon of hilarious spontanei-tea, ostensibly focused on tea...
well it starts in antiqui-tea, ends in infini-tea and has a great deal of
frivoli-tea and immorali-tea in between...
Readings and tea tastings will be interspersed by music performed on
shakuhachi with guest artists and tea friends. Including a tasting of teas
from China, Japan and Taiwan.

 From the subtle. ethereal qualities of the Japanese shakuhachi and the extraordinary birdlike
sounds of the Chinese flute, to the complex and beautiful Carnatic music of southern
India, an exquisite night of music from the lands of Sencha, Oolong and Chai.
Shakuhachi player, Anne Norman launched her new book
Curiosi-Tea with a repertoire of Japanese music and
ceremony, with dancing from Susan Taylor and Philip Flavin
on the Shamisen; bewitching flute playing from Dong
Qiu Ming; and from India the Iyer Brothers played the veena
with mridangam player Sridar Chary.

way from Melbourne, and do-everything-percussive including tap-dancing
legend Marcus Perrozzi, all the way from Bullsbrook!
