Feb 25th 2017 Saturday 7pm to 10pm - Tarerer Festival - LIGHTHOUSE THEATRE,  Corner of Liebig & Timor Streets, Warrnambool, Vic.
Anne is performing shakuhachi to accompany the Brolga Dance by the Gunditjmara dancers of Warrnambool under the direction of Adeline Macdonald. Anne also has a solo shakuhachi bracket. A fun Community festival in rural Victoria. http://www.lighthousetheatre.com.au/tarerer-festival

March 7th & 8th — Kasa Jizo and the Wonderful Hat Song4 performances in school Sydney schools of Anne's story-telling show based on her reworking of a traditional Japanese folk tale. Told in rhyming English couplets with interspersed interactive sound effects and music and dance performed by children from the audience. Featuring some shakuhachi and Anne's popular song "Kasa! Kasa! Subarashi Kasa!" Book this and other shows for kids via NEXUS ARTS

March 10th 2017 Friday evening — The Warrnambool Folk Festival — The Gunditjmara dancers of Warrnambool performed their Brolga dance to a recording of Anne's Sarus Cranes

May 12th 2017 Friday 8pm - Ensou - Matsudo Box Hill annual concert. Featuring traditional shakuhachi honkyoku in new contexts; new songs by Noriko Tadano accompanied by tsugaru-jamisen & violin; world premier of a new choral work set to haiku by Kobayashi Issa; moving pieces for violin and voice;  shakuhachi and viola... and more!
