Aug 27-29 2004, Shakuhachi Festival in Bisei, Japan. World Premier of ‘Life’ by Anne for 6 shakuhachi, commissioned especially for this event by Living National Treasure Yokoyama Katsuya. Performed by Furuya Teruo, Okuda Michiaki, Seki Ichiro, Matama Kazushi, Ishikawa Toshimitsu and Kakizakai Kaoru and conducted by Anne Norman.
